Alexandra Helenifocuses on servicing cases that have a strong international element, either acting for foreign clients active in Greece, or in the context of international proceedings.

More specifically, she counsels on issues relating to Greek and EU legislation governing companies’ commercial transactions (e.g., agency & distribution agreements) and transactions with public authorities, such as the conclusion and implementation of state contracts and on environmental / city planning-zoning and taxation issues. Moreover, she has litigated contentious matters in all above areas before the Greek civil & administrative courts.

She has also participated in several international arbitrations under rules such as those of the ICC or the LCIA, on claims arisen from construction projects and concession agreements.
